Recognition of the Exclusive Representative. The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of all certificated employees except for the superintendent, assistant superintendents, principals, assistant principals, administrative assistants, reading coordinator, supervisors, high school athletic director(s), and all non-certified personnel, for the purpose of bargaining in respect to salaries, wages, hours and salary and wage related fringe benefits.
