Recognition of the Exclusive Representative. A. The Board recognizes the Association as the Exclusive Representative for all certificated contractual employees of the Board for the duration of the Agreement except the Superintendent, Principals, Assistant Principals, Directors, Speech Language Pathologist, and others determined by agreement of the Board and the Association, or determined to be supervisors or confidential employees by the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board.
