Recognition of the Exclusive Representative. A. The Board recognizes the Association as the Exclusive Representative for all certificated contractual employees of the Board for the duration of the Agreement except the Superintendent, Principals, Assistant Principals, Directors, Speech Language Pathologist, and others determined by agreement of the Board and the Association, or determined to be supervisors or confidential employees by the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board. B. The Association recognizes that Board has the responsibility and the authority to manage and direct, in behalf of the public, all operations and activities of the school corporation both to the fullest extent authorized by law and in any manner or decision it shall deem appropriate limited only by that which is inconsistent with law or violate of the provisions of the agreement.
