Common use of Recommended FMP Submission Clause in Contracts

Recommended FMP Submission. The CNA shall submit to the Commission all documentation used in the compilation, negotiation, and preparation of recommended- FMP, including actions to review and update, in accordance with Commission policies and procedures, and within ten (5) business days of receipt of fully executed concurrences (CBSD 1005 or SPF) from all parties (NPA(s), CA, CNA. Exceptions to the five (5) business day submission requirements will be considered by the Commission on a case by case basis. In carrying out the responsibilities of this Agreement and meeting the delivery requirements, the CNA shall require that the NPAs certify that required information and documentation are complete, accurate, and timely, in accordance with the Commission manuals. The CNA shall make every effort to communicate to both the government customer and the NPA, that FMP must be approved by the Commission before the start of a contract’s period of performance.
