RECONCILIATION TO THE ANNUAL STATEMENT. The Company’s Annual Statement filed with the Office Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation includes classification of admitted assets, liabilities and surplus that differ from this financial statement’s presentation. There is no impact to net income or surplus. RECENTLY ADOPTED ACCOUNTING STANDARDS In September 2008, SSAP No. 99, Accounting for Certain Securities Subsequent to an Other-Than-Temporary Impairment, was adopted to be effective as of January 1, 2009. This statement establishes the statutory accounting principles for the treatment of premium or discount applicable to certain securities subsequent to the recognition of an other-than-temporary impairment. The Company has adopted this new guidance, and did not have a material impact upon adoption.

  • Annual Statement The Plan Administrator shall provide to the Executive, within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each Plan Year, a statement setting forth the benefits to be distributed under this Agreement.

  • Payment of Operating Expenses Subject to the provisions of Section 6.08(c), Borrower will (i) pay the expenses of operating, managing, maintaining and repairing the Mortgaged Property (including utilities, Repairs and Capital Replacements) before the last date upon which each such payment may be made without any penalty or interest charge being added, and (ii) pay Insurance premiums at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of each policy of Insurance, unless applicable law specifies some lesser period.

  • Monthly Statements While the Administrative Agent may issue invoices or other statements on a monthly or periodic basis (a “Statement”), it is expressly acknowledged and agreed that: (i) the failure of the Administrative Agent to issue any Statement on one or more occasions shall not affect the Borrower’s obligations to make payments under the Loan Documents as and when due; (ii) the inaccuracy of any Statement shall not be binding upon Lenders and so the Borrower shall always remain obligated to pay the full amount(s) required under the Loan Documents as and when due notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in any Statement; (iii) all Statements are issued for information purposes only and shall never constitute any type of offer, acceptance, modification, or waiver of the Loan Documents or any of Lenders’ rights or remedies thereunder; and (iv) in no event shall any Statement serve as the basis for, or a component of, any course of dealing, course of conduct, or trade practice which would modify, alter, or otherwise affect the express written terms of the Loan Documents.

  • Fiscal Year; Accounting In the case of the Borrower, cause its fiscal year to end on December 31.

  • Tax Accounting Services (1) Maintain accounting records for the investment portfolio of the Fund to support the tax reporting required for “regulated investment companies” under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).

  • Interim Payment Unless the Funding Date for a Loan is the first day of a calendar month, Borrower shall pay the per diem interest (accruing at the Loan Rate from the Funding Date through the last day of that month) payable with respect to such Loan on the first Business Day of the next calendar month.
