Common use of Record Copy at Site Clause in Contracts

Record Copy at Site. The DESIGN/BUILD TEAM shall maintain in good order at the site one record copy of the drawings, specifications, product data, samples, shop drawings, Change Orders and other Modifications, marked currently to record changes made during construction. At the conclusion of the Construction Phase the DESIGN/BUILD TEAM shall prepare and furnish to the DFCM a complete set of Record Drawings (corrected original tracings or re-plotted CADD drawings), one set of mylar reproducible Record Drawings and two (2) sets of Specifications depicting the Project.
