Record Drawings. During the progress of the work, the Contractor shall require the plumbing, air conditioning, heating, ventilating, elevator, and electrical subcontractors to record on their field sets of drawings the exact locations, as installed, of all conduit, pipe and duct lines whether concealed or exposed which were not installed exactly as shown on the contract drawings. The Contractor shall also record all drawing revisions that have been authorized by change order that effect wall or partition locations, door and window locations and other template changes. The exact routing of conduit runs shall be shown on these drawings. Each drawing shall be noted “As Built” and shall bear the date and name of the subcontractors that performed the work. Where the work was installed exactly as shown on the contract drawings the sheets shall not be distributed except as noted above.
