Common use of Record Keeping and Audit Clause in Contracts

Record Keeping and Audit. 10.7.1 Each Party and its Affiliates shall maintain complete and accurate books and records of account, in accordance with GAAP, of all transactions and other business activities under this Agreement, sufficient to confirm the accuracy of all reports furnished by a Party to the other Party under this Agreement, and all payments by a Party to the other Party under this Agreement.
