Record Keeping & Discrepancies. Should the District Office or Business Manager receive an employee timesheet that has been approved and signed by the employee’s building administrator and there is any issue that would stop the employee from being compensated as listed on the timesheet, the Business Manager, or Superintendent, or designated party will notify the employee of the discrepancy and the changes that will be made to the expected direct deposit.
