Recording; Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be recorded with the Kitsap County Auditor and shall be binding on the parties, their successors in interest, and assigns.
Recording; Binding Effect. This Agreement will be recorded in the real property records of Clark County, Nevada, is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the Parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
Recording; Binding Effect. Recording; Binding Effect. (a) This Agreement will be recorded in the Macomb County Records and the official records of the City of Salem, Virginia. In connection with the recordation of this Agreement, all necessary recording, intangible, or documentary stamp taxes will be duly paid by the Borrower. THIS AGREEMENT IS BEING GIVEN AS ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL TO SECURE THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESPECTIVE ENTITIES COMPRISING BORROWER UNDER THEIR RESPECTIVE LOAN DOCUMENTS.
