County Records. When this Agreement expires or terminates, CONTRACTOR shall return to County any County records which CONTRACTOR used or received from County to perform services under this Agreement.
County Records. When this Agreement expires or terminates UNIVERSITY shall upon County’s request, return to County any County records which UNIVERSITY used or received from County to perform services under this Agreement.
County Records. Upon rejection of a referral or termination of Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s 16 placement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately return all documents furnished by COUNTY to 17 Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s Social Worker/Probation Officer or destroy documents pursuant to 18 Subparagraph 32.1.
County Records. 16 9.2.1 Upon rejection of a referral, CONTRACTOR shall 17 immediately return all documents furnished by COUNTY to Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s 18 Social Worker/Probation Officer.
19 9.2.2 Upon termination of Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s placement, 20 CONTRACTOR shall return all original Juvenile Court records furnished by 21 COUNTY to Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD Social Worker/Probation Officer, upon request, 22 within thirty (30) calendar days after Xxxxxx Youth’s/NMD’s release.

When this AGREEMENT expires or terminates, CONTRACTOR shall return to COUNTY any COUNTY records which CONTRACTOR used or received from COUNTY to perform services under this AGREEMENT; provided, however, that CONTRACTOR may retain a copy of such records to comply with its legal, regulatory, and archival purposes.

4 7.12.2 Upon termination of Youth’s/NMD’s placement, CONTRACTOR 5 shall return all original Juvenile Court records furnished by ADMINISTRATOR to 6 the County Social Worker, upon request, within thirty (30) calendar days after 7 Youth’s/NMD’s discharge.
County Records. 2 9.31.1 Upon denial of a referral for the THPP, CONTRACTOR will immediately 3 return all documents furnished by COUNTY to SW/PO.
County Records. 5.33.1 Upon rejection of a referral, CONTRACTOR shall 17 immediately return all documents furnished by COUNTY to the Social Worker.
