Recording, Documentary Stamps. A memorandum of this Lease, in form mutually satisfactory to the parties, may be recorded by either party among the Public Records of Broward County, Florida and the cost of any such recordation, the cost of any documentary stamps which legally must be attached to any or all of said documents shall be paid in full by Developer. The parties shall cooperate in structuring the transactions contemplated hereby in such a manner as to reduce such costs, provided such structure shall not have any adverse consequence for the City.

Recording, Documentary Stamps. After the Agreement Commencement Date has been determined, a memorandum of this Agreement, in the form attached as Exhibit D, shall be recorded by the City in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. The cost of recording, and the cost of any required documentary stamps, shall be paid by VTUSA. The parties will cooperate in structuring the transaction contemplated by this Agreement to reduce such costs, provided the structure does not have any adverse consequence for the City.

  • Tax Documentation Xxxxxx agrees to provide a completed IRS 1099 for its payments to, and Xxxxxxx agrees to provide IRS W-9 forms for, each of the following payees under this Settlement Agreement:

  • Product Endorsement Contractor shall comply with Council Policy 000-41 which requires that other than listing the City as a client and other limited endorsements, any advertisements, social media, promotions or other marketing referring to the City as a user of a product or service will require prior written approval of the Mayor or designee. Use of the City Seal or City logos is prohibited.

  • Additional Endorsements The Auto and Commercial General Liability Policies shall name the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents for and on behalf of The Texas A&M University System as additional insured’s.

  • Supporting Documentation Upon request, the HSP will provide the LHIN with proof of the matters referred to in this Article.

  • Reference Documentation Form (Required) Bidder shall complete the attached Reference Documentation Form. References shall be for work substantially similar in scope and magnitude satisfactorily completed and shall validate the following capabilities and experience:

  • Instrumentation The acceleration shall be recorded during the test, using equipment in accordance with channel frequency class 1000 as specified in the latest version of ISO 6487.
