Recording of Events. I understand that these Events will be filmed and/or recorded for further use by ROS, including to promote its programs and services (“advertisements”), and I consent to the use of my photograph, image, voice and likeness in advertisements, and in other uses by ROS, in any and all media, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without remuneration.
Recording of Events. Caterer agrees that audio or video recording of the event by Caterer’s employees, assigns, or any other individual affiliated with Caterer, shall be prohibited without the prior written consent of the parties to the Agreement. University reserves the right to record the event for archival purposes only and not for sale or commercial use.
