Right to Record. The Tenant shall have the right to prepare, execute and record a memorandum of lease, setting forth the general terms of the Lease and such other information as Tenant deems necessary, which memorandum Landlord agrees to execute and deliver to Tenant. Tenant shall provide the Landlord a copy of the recorded Memorandum of Lease after recordation by the Xxxxxxx County Registry of Deeds.
Right to Record. 35 Provider shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to utilize video and/or audio security in the area 36 immediately surrounding the wind turbines, inside the wind turbines, in the area immediately 37 surrounding the Control Equipment Enclosure, and inside the Control Equipment Enclosure. Provider 38 shall provide posted notice if it elects to use video and/or audio security. 39 Provider shall have the right to record and preserve indefinitely any video or audio surveillance from the 40 areas identified in this section.
1 At the request of Receiver, Provider shall provide Receiver with access to any video security being used by 2 Provider at the Site.
Right to Record. The Big Red Barn and Xxxxx Family Enterprises reserves the right for promotion and protection purposes to photograph or video tape event before, during and after. All clients, guests or anyone on the property are subject to being photographed and/or recorded.
Right to Record. DISH and its Affiliates may record the Service in DISH’s sole discretion in furtherance of the rights granted in this Agreement including, without limitation, DISH’s right to preempt and replace content that airs on the Service, as allowed by this Agreement.
Right to Record. The Service Provider agrees that the College may record the services described in section 1.0 in a permanent medium and that such recording may be considered an original work of authorship under the Copyright laws of the United States (the “Work”). The Service Provider hereby assigns, conveys, and relinquishes to the College of Charleston all such right, title, and interest as Provider may acquire in, or that the provider now has, to all copyrightable elements of the Work.

Right to Record. SolarStorage has the right to record a memorandum of easement to reflect the Easement and the recording costs for the same will be borne by SolarStorage. Customer shall cooperate in good faith with SolarStorage in signing and recording such memorandum of easement. SolarStorage also has the right to record or to have recorded a fixture filing, without prior consent of the Customer, that provides that the System is SolarStorage’s (or a SolarStorage’s designee’s) personal property and may not be sold, leased, assigned, mortgaged, pledged or otherwise alienated or encumbered by Customer or by any person acting for, on behalf of, through, or for the benefit of Customer or a Customer’s successor in interest.
Right to Record. The program hereunder may be originally broadcast live or by recording over facilities arranged by or for the ABFC. The term
Right to Record. Owner and Grantee agree that Xxxxxxx has the ongoing and continuous right to record this Agreement, at Xxxxxxx’s sole discretion, in the public records of Xxxxxxxxxx County, Illinois. No further action by Owner shall be required to affect such recordation.
