Right to Record. The Tenant shall have the right to prepare, execute and record a memorandum of lease, setting forth the general terms of the Lease and such other information as Tenant deems necessary, which memorandum Landlord agrees to execute and deliver to Tenant. Tenant shall provide the Landlord a copy of the recorded Memorandum of Lease after recordation by the Xxxxxxx County Registry of Deeds.
Right to Record. 35 Provider shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to utilize video and/or audio security in the area 36 immediately surrounding the wind turbines, inside the wind turbines, in the area immediately 37 surrounding the Control Equipment Enclosure, and inside the Control Equipment Enclosure. Provider 38 shall provide posted notice if it elects to use video and/or audio security. 39 Provider shall have the right to record and preserve indefinitely any video or audio surveillance from the 40 areas identified in this section.

Customer shall cooperate in good faith with SolarStorage in signing and recording such memorandum of easement. SolarStorage also has the right to record or to have recorded a fixture filing, without prior consent of the Customer, that provides that the System is SolarStorage’s (or a SolarStorage’s designee’s) personal property and may not be sold, leased, assigned, mortgaged, pledged or otherwise alienated or encumbered by Customer or by any person acting for, on behalf of, through, or for the benefit of Customer or a Customer’s successor in interest.
Right to Record. DISH and its Affiliates may record the Service in DISH’s sole discretion in furtherance of the rights granted in this Agreement including, without limitation, DISH’s right to preempt and replace content that airs on the Service, as allowed by this Agreement.

The Service Provider agrees that the College may record the services described in section 1.0 in a permanent medium and that such recording may be considered an original work of authorship under the Copyright laws of the United States (the “Work”). The Service Provider hereby assigns, conveys, and relinquishes to the College of Charleston all such right, title, and interest as Provider may acquire in, or that the provider now has, to all copyrightable elements of the Work.

I hereby irrevocably grant to NSM the worldwide and perpetual right to use and authorize the use of any and all photographs, film, videotape and/or audiotape of my image, likeness and voice as recorded during the provision of my services for the PRODUCTION(s) without payment or any other consideration beyond the compensation for my services hereunder generally. NSM may use such recorded image, likeness and/or voice of mine, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images or sounds, in all media now known or hereafter developed. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I hereby release and waive any claims whatsoever in connection with NSM's use of my image, likeness and voice, including, without limitation, any claim of rights of privacy, publicity, so-called “moral rights,” or credit in connection therewith. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.
Right to Record. Lessee or Lessor may record a Memorandum of Lease, (“Memorandum of Lease”) in the San Bernardino County Recorder’s Office.

Non-exclusive and irrevocable rights and license to make, edit, and use digital and non-digital images (including negatives, duplicates, and prints) and/or recordings of me for educational purposes, for non-commercial publicity, news, and advertising about Theatre & Dance/Montana Repertory Theatre and The University of Montana. These images and recordings include, but are not limited to, print, video, audio, Internet, alteration of photo or voice recording, performance, broadcast, podcast, and Internet streaming video. RIGHT TO ARCHIVE: I hereby grant to Theatre & Dance/Montana Repertory Theatre and The University of Montana the right to catalog and index images, video, and/or sound recordings of me for archival purposes. Archived materials will be available for viewing or listening within the Archives of the School of Theatre & Dance/Montana Repertory Theatre. Materials will not be available for general circulation but will be available upon request by others involved in the particular production. I hereby grant to Theatre & Dance the right to transfer the archived materials to any new media in the future for preservation purposes and to ensure future usability. I hereby grant to Theatre & Dance a non-exclusive, non-commercial license to transfer or grant sub-licenses to others so that the images, video, and/or sound recordings may be broadcast, edited, reproduced on audio, video or other media; and reproduce or distribute such images, video and/or sound recordings for archival or other non-commercial purposes.
