RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. Either Landlord or Tenant may record this Lease or any amendment or modification of this Lease. Each shall, upon the request of the other, join in the execution of a memorandum of this Lease or a memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Lease in proper form for recordation.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. Section 36.01 Memoranda. Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, may record a memorandum of (a) this Lease, or (b) any amendment or modification of this Lease. The FCRHA shall, upon the request of Tenant, join in the execution of a memorandum of this Lease or a memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Lease in proper form for recordation. Within five (5) Business Days of written request by the FCRHA to Tenant after this Lease has expired or terminated, Tenant shall deliver to the FCRHA for recordation, duly signed and notarized by Tenant, documents sufficient to confirm the expiration or termination of the Lease and the termination of the recorded memorandum of lease, and otherwise in recordable form and reasonably acceptable to the FCRHA (and this Tenant obligation shall survive expiration or termination of this Lease). The relationship between the FCRHA and Tenant shall be governed solely by the provisions of this Lease and not by any memorandum of lease or amendment thereto.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. The parties shall record a memorandum of this Agreement, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto. TRMC shall pay all recording fees due by reason of such recording.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. Landlord and Tenant, upon the written request of the other, shall join in the execution of a memorandum of lease in proper form for recordation.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. Concurrently with the execution of this Option Agreement, the parties shall execute, acknowledge, and record a Memorandum of Option and Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by this reference.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. Landlord and Tenant agree not to record this Lease. Either party shall, at the request of the other, execute, acknowledge and deliver at any time a Memorandum of Lease in due form proper for recordation prepared by the requesting party.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. The Parties shall execute and record a memorandum of this Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. Buyer shall have the right to record a memorandum of this Agreement (the “Memorandum”) against the Property at any time during the Option Period. If Buyer does not exercise the Option as provided herein by 5:00 pm on the last day of the Option Period, this Agreement shall automatically terminate and be of no further force and effect. Buyer shall provide to Seller in such event a cancellation of the Memorandum, fully executed and in recordable form.
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. Tenant, at Xxxxxx’s sole cost and expense, may record a memorandum of (a) this Lease, or
RECORDING OF MEMORANDUM. The Parties shall concurrently herewith execute, record and place of record a memorandum of this Option Agreement in the office of the County Recorder of St. Xxxxxx County, Indiana.
