Recording of Phone Calls. You authorize us and our agents to record any phone call between you and us concerning the electronic services.

Recording of Phone Calls. To help us improve our service and in the interests of security, we may monitor or record telephone calls. Any such recordings shall belong to ZEDRA. We shall be entitled to deliver copies or transcripts of such recordings to any court, tribunal, arbitrator or regulatory body as we see fit.
Recording of Phone Calls. The Bank is entitled to record telephone conversations with the Customer that concern the Bank’s operations and use them for the purposes it has announced and as evidence in the possible settlement of any disputes. The Customer is aware that the Bank must surrender the recordings to competent authorities upon their request in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Recording of Phone Calls. Phone calls with the client centre shall be recorded as a part of the Contract performance or as a part of the negotiations on the terms of the Contract or for the purpose of improving the Services.
Recording of Phone Calls. The Bank may use voice-recording devices in connection with any communications between the Bank and the Customer, and may do so without the use of a warning tone. The Bank may also keep records of all electronic communications between the Bank and the Customer that concern the Trading services provided under these Terms and conditions. The Bank is required to provide such records to competent authorities upon their request for a period of up to 7 years, in accordance with the applicable legislation. The Customer also has the right to request such recordings for a period of up to 5 years.
Recording of Phone Calls. OANDA Japan may record phone calls with you without notifying you. The recording may be submitted to the relevant authorities as evidence of this Agreement and trading. In addition, the recording may, at the discretion of OANDA Japan, take precedence over documents or other electromagnetic records as evidence even if there is a difference between the recorded phone calls and those other records.

  • Telephone Calls Calling, Monitoring and Recording‌ For our mutual protection, and to enable us to provide better service to you, we may monitor and/or tape-record any of our telephone conversations.

  • Phone Calls Time spent on work-related employer initiated and subsequent employee initiated telephone calls during the employee’s non-work time of over ten (10) minutes per day will be considered time worked and will be deducted from standby pay. The employee shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour compensation at his/her regular, non-overtime hourly rate of pay for each non-related incident. Employees are not required to answer the phone or respond to work related messages during his/her non-work time, unless they are on stand-by status.

  • Recording of Overtime Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked in a form determined by the Employer.

  • Recording of Communications Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall have the right (but not the obligation) from time to time to make or cause to be made tape recordings of communications between its employees and those of the other party with respect to Transactions. Buyer, Seller and Guarantor consent to the admissibility of such tape recordings in any court, arbitration, or other proceedings. The parties agree that a duly authenticated transcript of such a tape recording shall be deemed to be a writing conclusively evidencing the parties’ agreement.

  • Telephone Recording Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.
