Recording Receipts. All revenue received as a result of this Agreement will be recorded in Contractor's general ledger. Contractor will process all cash sales through cash registers, maintain cash register tapes and sales records locally, and make the tapes and records accessible to University within five (5) days after University’s written request.

Recording Receipts. All revenue received as a result of the Agreements will be recorded in Licensee’s general ledger. All revenue will be recorded in separate accounts by specific sponsor. Revenues arising under the Agreements will not be comingled with other revenues for reporting purposes. Licensee will process all transactions, maintain accurate transaction records, and make the records accessible to University in accordance with Sections 16 and 17.4.

  • Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing. The Trust, upon request, further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by Applicable Law.
