Sales Records definition

Sales Records means, with respect to any Receivable, the accounts, all sales ledgers, purchase and sales day books, sales invoices, supply contracts and other related books and records of a Seller relating to an Approved Obligor and on an individual Receivable basis for the purpose of identifying amounts paid or to be paid in respect of such Receivable.
Sales Records means the accounts, all sales ledgers, purchase and sales day books, sales invoices, supply contracts and other related books and records of the Company relating to a Debtor and on an individual Purchased Receivable basis for the purpose of identifying amounts paid or to be paid in respect of such Purchased Receivable.
Sales Records means all documents, or the Electronic Record of such documents, in such format as is approved by BPPR and EVERTEC, used to evidence the sale of Products through the use of Cards.

  • Merchant shall establish a system to store and maintain Sales Records and Credit Records in a manner that enables Merchant to retrieve and present such documentation to Servicers within ten (10) calendar days of request.

Sales Records means books of account and manual and hard copy and electronic and other records and data (including computer tapes, discs, and other storage systems, cash register summary records, bank statements, and all records made and maintained by the Lessee pursuant to the Liquor Licensing Act 1988) relating to all transactions in the course of all businesses carried on in, at, from or on the Leased Premises;

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Excluded Books and Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).

  • Gross receipts means the total revenue derived from sales, work done, or service rendered.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.

  • Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.
