Recordings definition

Recordings means any motion picture or live action footage or audio recording taken in connection with the SAG Awards Ceremony other than materials encompassed within the definition of "SAG Awards Clips" as set forth in subparagraph (a) above.
Recordings means any recording of sound, whether or not coupled with a visual image, by any method or format and on any substance or material, whether now or hereafter known, which is used or useful in the recording, production and/or manufacture of Records or for any other exploitation of sound, excluding television and movies (other than music videos or the promotion thereof), consumer electronics and electronic games.
Recordings. Recorded inbound or outbound voice calling service transmission performed by Customer, via the Services (including e. g., voicemail).

More Definitions of Recordings

Recordings in this guidance means originals or copies of audio recordings, photographs, and other visual images of patients that may be made using any recording device, including mobile phones. It does not cover copies of written records.
Recordings means Executive’s image, likeness, voice or other characteristics in the Company’s products or services, including visual and/or audio recording and still images of Executive created by the Company.
Recordings means any call recording(s) resulting from the Call Recording Solution;
Recordings means master sound recordings in the form of full Albums, Compilations or Tracks (or the file equivalents) identified by a specific UPC code or ISRC code and specific artwork.
Recordings all recordings in any form (including audio and audiovisual) of the Applicable Albums or Related Records from which Records may be derived, now or hereafter owned or controlled by, or licensed to, you or any Affiliate or as to which you or any Affiliate have the right to distribute Records derived therefrom in the Territory.
Recordings as used herein, shall mean and include any recording or recordings made (whether before, during or after a broadcast transmission) by tape, wire, film, disc, electronic recording, computer file or any other similar or dissimilar method of recording aural and/or visual portions of television and radio programs, whether now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, the photography of such programs on film in a manner similar to that used in the production of motion pictures. Employer shall also have the right to assign Employee to provide services in connection with: (i) programs produced by Employer solely for distribution to other media outlets, including, without limitation, any television or radio network; and (ii) any distribution outlet in Employer's market now owned or hereafter acquired by Employer or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Employer shall not be liable for payment of additional compensation to Employee for such additional assignment or use and the compensation contained in Paragraph 3 of this Agreement will constitute full consideration for all such assignments and uses.
Recordings means and includes all of LABEL's musical sound recordings on various recording media (including but not limited to compact disks, cassettes and DVD). A partial listing of the LABEL's catalog of Recordings is shown in Schedule B to this Agreement.
