Records Maintained under Other Funding Agreements. 7.4.1 The accounts and records Canada may audit or cause to have audited under section 7.1 (Canada May Audit Accounts and Records) include records maintained under any previous agreement through which the federal government has provided funding to the Recipient that, in the opinion of any auditor employed or contracted by Canada under section 7.2 (Scope And Timing Of Audit), may be relevant to the audit.
