Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. The Master Servicer shall afford the Depositor and the Trustee reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Master Servicer. Upon reasonable advance notice in writing, the Master Servicer will provide to each Certificateholder or Certificate Owner which is a savings and loan association, bank or insurance company certain reports and reasonable access to information and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans sufficient to permit such Certificateholder or Certificate Owner to comply with applicable regulations of the OTS or other regulatory authorities with respect to investment in the Certificates; provided that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to be reimbursed by each such Certificateholder or Certificate Owner for actual expenses incurred by the Master Servicer in providing such reports and access.

If compliance with this Section 3.09 shall make any Class of Certificates legal for investment by federally insured savings and loan associations, the Master Servicer shall provide, or cause the Subservicers to provide, to the Trustee, the Office of Thrift Supervision or the FDIC and the supervisory agents and examiners thereof access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices designated by the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer shall permit such representatives to photocopy any such documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at a charge reasonably approximating the cost of such photocopying to the Master Servicer.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. In the event that the Certificates are legal for investment by federally-insured savings associations, the Master Servicer shall provide to the OTS, the FDIC and the supervisory agents and examiners of the OTS and the FDIC access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the OTS or the FDIC, as applicable, and shall in any event provide such access to the documentation regarding such Mortgage Loans to the Trustee and its representatives, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer designated by it.
Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. (a) The Master Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee, the Credit Enhancer, any Noteholders or Note Owners that are federally insured savings and loan associations, the Office of Thrift Supervision, successor to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, the FDIC, and the supervisory agents and examiners of the Office of Thrift Supervision access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision and the FDIC (acting as operator of the Savings Association Insurance Fund or the Bank Insurance Fund). The Master Servicer will provide access without charge but only after reasonable notice and during normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the mortgagors and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of this obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
(b) The Master Servicer shall supply the information needed to make required payments and to furnish required reports to Noteholders and to make any claim under the Policy, in the form the Indenture Trustee reasonably requests, to the Indenture Trustee and any Paying Agent by the start of the Determination Date preceding the related Payment Date.

Upon reasonable advance notice in writing, the Master Servicer will provide to each Certificateholder which is a savings and loan association, bank or insurance company certain reports and reasonable access to information and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans sufficient to permit such Certificateholder to comply with applicable regulations of the OTS or other regulatory authorities with respect to investment in the Certificates; provided that the Master Servicer shall be entitled to be reimbursed by each such Certificateholder for actual expenses incurred by the Master Servicer in providing such reports and access. If Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is not acting as Master Servicer, the successor Master Servicer shall provide Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP with such information as may be necessary to verify the amount of the Excess Master Servicing Fee for each Distribution Date. If a question should arise as to the proper amount of the Excess Master Servicing Fee, the successor Master Servicer shall provide Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP with access to such books and records and personnel of the successor Master Servicer as may be necessary to establish the proper amount of the Excess Master Servicing Fee.

The applicable Servicer shall provide, or cause the Subservicer to provide, to the Depositor, the Trustee, the OTS or the FDIC and the examiners and supervisory agents thereof, access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans in its possession required by applicable regulations of the OTS. Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon five (5) Business Days' prior written request and during normal business hours at the offices of the applicable Servicer or any Subservicer. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of any such party to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of any such party to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

The Master Servicer shall provide, and shall cause any Subservicer to provide, to the Indenture Trustee, the Bond Insurer and the Owner Trustee access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans and REO Property and to the Bondholders, the FDIC, and the supervisory agents and examiners of the FDIC access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Master Servicer or the Subservicers that are designated by these entities; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that, unless otherwise required by law, the Master Servicer or the Subservicer shall not be required to provide access to such documentation if the provision thereof would violate the legal right to privacy of any Mortgagor; PROVIDED, FURTHER, HOWEVER, that the Indenture Trustee, the Bond Insurer and the Owner Trustee shall coordinate their requests for such access so as not to impose an unreasonable burden on, or cause an unreasonable interruption of, the business of the Master Servicer or any Subservicer. The Master Servicer and the Subservicers shall allow representatives of the above entities to photocopy any of the documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at a charge that covers their own actual out-of-pocket costs.

The Servicer shall afford the Trustee reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the Servicer.

At the request of the Master Servicer, the Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer, the Office of Thrift Supervision, the FDIC and the supervisory agents and examiners of the Office of Thrift Supervision and the examiners of the FDIC, as appropriate, access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision or the FDIC, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer designated by it. The Servicer shall permit such representatives to photocopy any such documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at a charge reasonably approximating the cost of such photocopying to the Servicer.
