RECORDS MAINTENANCE. The Contractor shall maintain or supervise the maintenance of all financial records necessary to properly account for all payments made to the Contractor for the costs authorized by the PA. These financial records shall be retained by the Contractor for at least three (3) years after PA terminates, or until all audits initiated within the three (3) years have been completed, whichever is later.
