Records Retention/Access to Records. ENGINEER will retain pertinent records relating to the services performed under this Agreement for a period of three (3) years following completion of the services, during which period the records will be made available to CLIENT at ENGINEER's office during normal business hours with reasonable advance notice. Copies will be prepared by ENGINEER for CLIENT for reasonable cost of reproduction and associated labor.
