Common use of Recoupment Policy Clause in Contracts

Recoupment Policy. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement to the contrary, the Stock Award and underlying Restricted Stock granted under this Agreement are subject to recoupment by the Company in accordance with the Company’s Policy on Recoupment of Executive Incentive Compensation in effect on the date of this Agreement, as such policy is interpreted and applied by the Company’s board of directors.
