Common use of Recoupment Policy Clause in Contracts

Recoupment Policy. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Option (including any shares of Common Stock issued upon exercise thereof) shall be subject to the terms and provisions of any “clawback” or recoupment policy that may be adopted by the Company or its Affiliates from time to time or as may be required by any applicable law (including, without limitation, the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and implementing rules and regulations thereunder).
