Recovery Costs. Any bargaining unit employee who chooses not to join the Union may be charged for grievance representation and arbitration costs if allowable by law. No part of this service charge will be used for political donations. The Union agrees to defend and hold the Employer harmless should there be any dispute between an employee and the Union over the matter of recovery cost deductions and/or reimbursement.
