Recovery of Damages Following Termination. Should Landlord at any time terminate this Lease for any breach, in addition to any other remedies it may have, it may recover from Tenant all damages it may incur by reason of such breach, including the cost of recovering the Premises, reasonable attorneys' fees, and damages equal to lost rent, all of which amounts shall be immediately due and payable from Tenant to Landlord. Additionally, if Landlord has incurred any costs or expenditures to fit the premises to the needs of Tenant, Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord such costs and expenditures, including for purposes of illustration but not by way of limitation, expenditures for interior partitions, floor coverings, special paint, plaster, or any counter, cabinet, shelving, paneling, or other special work done at the request of Tenant and not previously paid for by Tenant.

  • Fees and Expenses Following Termination (a) If this Agreement is terminated by Parent pursuant to Section 8.03(a), then the Company shall pay to Parent (by wire transfer of immediately available funds), within two (2) Business Days after such termination, a fee in an amount equal to the Termination Fee.
