Common use of Recreational Outings Clause in Contracts

Recreational Outings. Employees and the Employer will mutually agree to adjust work schedules to accommodate any preplanned recreational outings as required. Any time spent on recreational outings shall only be considered time worked for the purpose of any claims under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Act.
