Staging. In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging category X-0, X-0, A and B-2 :
(a) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “S-2” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2021, and be reduced to zero to five percent not later than 1 January 2021;
(b) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “S-3” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2017, and be reduced to 20 percent not later than 1 January 2017 and remain at the reduced rate before 1 January 2021, and be reduced to zero to five percent not later than 1 January 2021;
(c) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “A” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2021 and be reduced to not more than 50 percent not later than 1 January 2021; and
(d) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “B-2” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2021, and be reduced not less than by 20 percent of the Korea-ASEAN FTA’s applied MFN customs duty rates7 not later than 1 January 20218. 7 “Korea-ASEAN FTA’s applied MFN customs duty rates” means Viet Nam’s applied rates as of 1 January 2005. 8 For greater certainty, if the reduced customs duty rate in this subparagraph is higher than the base rate, the

This Appendix shall apply to TRQs provided for in this Agreement and set out modifications to the HSK that reflect the TRQs that Korea shall apply to certain originating goods under this Agreement. In particular, originating goods of Viet Nam included under this Appendix shall be subject to the rates of duty as set out in this Appendix in lieu of the rates of duty specified in Chapters 1 through 97 of the HSK. Notwithstanding any other provision of the HSK, originating goods of Viet Nam in the quantities described in this Appendix shall be permitted entry into the territory of Korea as provided for in this Appendix. Furthermore, any quantity of originating goods imported from Viet Nam under a TRQ provided for in this Appendix shall not be counted toward the in-quota amount of any TRQ provided for such goods elsewhere in the HSK.

Staging. Our permission is required for the use of the staging. A member of GVHT must give assembly instructions prior to its use.
Staging. Staging involves proper placement, scale, and proportion of ------- any Xxxx and how it aligns with typography and other elements. Licensee shall always surround the subject Xxxx by the minimum preferred clear space as provided in Section 2 above. Licensee shall avoid staging any Xxxx at the edge of a page. Licensee shall not place any Xxxx so that it "bleeds" off the edge of materials.
Staging. SECTION A. The category of personnel sometimes heretofore referred to as "stagers" is not deemed a separate craft and the function sometimes heretofore known as "staging" will be deemed for all purposes a directorial function.
SECTION B. The terms and conditions of employment of persons engaged by the Company in performing the aforesaid directorial function shall be governed by this Agreement and such persons will be required to comply with all provisions of this Agreement.
SECTION C. The Company will not give air credits in the form of "Staged by ______________
Staging. THE ARTIST requires a clear stage during the performance. The stage area shall be free from obstructions and musical instruments belonging to other artists. Stage must be fully cleared before the commencement of the performance. If the performance is outside PURCHASER agrees to have a covered stage and dressing room area.
Staging. In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging categories 15-A, PR-8, PR-15, PR-35 and PR-50:
(a) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category“15-A” shall remain at base rates during years one through 10. Beginning on January 1 of the year 11, customs duties shall be removed in five equal annual stages, and such goods shall be duty-free, effective January 1 of year 15;
(b) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “PR-8” shall be reduced by eight percent of the base rate in five equal annual stages beginning on the date this Agreement enters into force, and such goods shall remain at 92 percent of the base rate, effective January 1 of year five;
(c) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “PR-15” shall be reduced by 15 percent of the base rate in five equal annual stages beginning on the date this Agreement enters into force, and such goods shall remain at 85 percent of the base rate, effective January 1 of year five;
(d) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “PR-35” shall be reduced by 35 percent of the base rate in five equal annual stages beginning on the date this Agreement enters into force, and such goods shall remain at 65 percent of the base rate, effective January 1 of year five; and
Staging. Purchaser at its own expense shall provide the following, all of which must be in first-class condition:
(a) One (1) grand (or baby grand) piano tuned to 440-A pitch (Steinway or Yamaha preferred);
(b) Sixteen (16) chairs on stage;
(c) Proper lighting on stage (full wash) and two (2) spotlights with operators (spotlights for concerts only);
(d) A bandstand with skirted risers / platforms in conformance with the Orchestra's standard stage plot attached hereto;
(e) Four (4) Manhasset type music stands;
(f) Jazz drum set.
Staging. 2.3.1 Elements of the Project may, for a wide variety of practical reasons, proceed on different time lines or schedules and it is agreed that when it is appropriate in order to achieve an Element as soon as possible, Canada may proceed with Elements of the Project on varying time lines or schedules.
2.3.2 In the event that any Element is delayed or for some reason halted, it is the intent of the Parties that the delay shall not interfere with or limit the completion of any other Element and that Canada shall continue to proceed expeditiously with the other Elements, unless it is impossible to do so.
Staging. Except as otherwise provided in a Party’s Schedule attached to this Annex, the following staging categories apply to the elimination of duties by each Party pursuant to Article 2.3:
(a) duties on goods provided for in the items in staging category A shall be eliminated entirely and such goods shall be duty-free on the date this Agreement enters into force;
(b) duties on goods provided for in the items in staging category B shall be removed in equal annual stages beginning on the date this Agreement enters into force, and such goods shall be duty-free, effective January 1 of year four;
(c) duties on goods provided for in the items in staging category C shall be removed in equal annual stages beginning on the date this Agreement enters into force, and such goods shall be duty-free, effective January 1 of year eight;
Staging. In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging category X-0, X-0, C and R:
(a) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “S-1” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2016, and be reduced to zero to five percent not later than 1 January 2016;
(b) customs duties on originating goods provided for in the items in staging category “B-1” shall remain at base rates before 1 January 2016, and be reduced not less than by 20 percent of the Korea-ASEAN FTA’s applied MFN customs duty rates4 not later than 1 January 20165;
