Recruit Coach. Sworn officers who successfully complete the certification program and who are assigned by management as the Recruit Coach will be paid at a rate of five percent (5%) per hour at the employee’s regular rate of pay for hours when coaching duties are performed. Telecommunicator 1 and 2, who are assigned by management as the Coach, will be paid at a rate of five percent (5%) per hour at the employee’s regular rate of pay for hours when coaching duties are performed.
