Nonrecurring Charges The resale discount, as shown in the Resale attachment of this Agreement, does not apply to non-recurring charges (NRCs), whether such NRCs are contained in this Agreement, in CenturyLink’s applicable retail Tariffs or as otherwise offered on a retail basis.
Recurring Payments For subscriptions that renew automatically, Customer authorizes Microsoft to charge Customer’s payment method periodically for each subscription or billing period until the subscription is terminated. By authorizing recurring payments, Customer authorizes Microsoft to process such payments as either electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from the designated bank account (in the case of Automated Clearing House or similar debits), as charges to the designated card account (in the case of credit card or similar payments) (collectively, “Electronic Payments”). If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Microsoft or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item, rejection or insufficient funds fee to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and to process any such fees as an Electronic Payment or to invoice Customer for the amount due.
Trunk Nonrecurring charges 7.3.3.1 Installation nonrecurring charges may be assessed by the provider for each LIS trunk ordered. Qwest rates are specified in Exhibit A.
Recurring Charges You or a supplementary cardmember may authorize a merchant to bill your account at regular intervals for goods or services (called recurring charges). Here are some important things that you need to know about recurring charges and your account.
Recurring Transactions If you intend to use your Card for recurring transactions, you should monitor your balance and ensure you have funds available in your Digital Bank Account to cover the transactions. “Recurring transactions” are transactions that are authorized in advance by you to be charged to your Digital Bank Account or Card at substantially regular intervals. We are not responsible if a recurring transaction is declined because you have not maintained a sufficient balance in your Digital Bank Account to cover the recurring transaction. If these recurring transactions may vary in amount, the person you are going to pay should tell you, 10 days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. (You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set.) If your Account was obtained through your employer or you receive electronic deposits of federal payments to your Digital Bank Account: If you have told us in advance to make regular payments (i.e., recurring transactions) from your Digital Bank Account, you can stop the payment by calling the number on the back of your Card, (000) 000-0000, or by sending notice through e-mail to xxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxx, or by mailing notice to MovoCash, Inc., 000 Xxxxxx Xxx., 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 at least three business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. If you call, we also may require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. If you order us to stop one of these payments three business days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your direct losses or damages. If you have authorized a merchant to make the recurring transaction, you also should contact the applicable merchant in order to stop the recurring transaction.
Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable. Adjustments to Fees Notwithstanding any of the fee limitations set forth in this Article 6, commencing upon the expiration of the first year of this Agreement, and upon the expiration of each year thereafter during the Term, the then-‐current fees set forth in Section 6.1 and Section 6.3 may be adjusted, at ICANN’s discretion, by a percentage equal to the percentage change, if any, in (i) the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, U.S. City Average (1982-‐1984 = 100) published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, or any successor index (the “CPI”) for the month which is one
