Recurring Instructions a. I can authorize another party to debit My Account by using my Card number and expiry date. This is called a Recurring Instruction. In order to set up a Recurring Instruction, the Merchant or Service Provider may ask me to complete a form to register Recurring Instruction. The details of when amounts under a Recurring Instruction are charged to the Card and the amounts to be charged should be set out in such form.

Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.
