Recycled Content Certification. To the extent that services involve the supply of post-consumer materials (see below) Contractor shall certify in writing the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post-consumer material, as defined in Public Contract Code Section 12200, in products, materials, goods, or supplies offered or sold to CSU regardless whether the product meets the requirements of Section 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of Section 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply (PCC 12205).
Recycled Content Certification. Contractor agrees to certify in writing, under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not the exact, percentage of recycled content material, as defined in Sections 12161 and 12200 of the Public Contract Code, in materials, goods, or supplies used in the performance of this Contract.
Recycled Content Certification. In accordance with the FAR 52.223-9, Estimate of Percentage of Recovered Material Content for EPA- Designated Items purchased for the performance of work with this Contract, the Contractor shall provide to the OCO or their designee the required certification and estimate at Contract completion.
