RED Notice. (a) On the date which is at least twenty four (24) Business Days prior to the date the Administrators identify as the likely Restructuring Effective Date, the Deed Company and the Deed Administrators will deliver the RED Notice and the final form Admitted Group Creditor Letter on the NMC Stakeholder Website.
