Redelivery Costs. The failure by the Customer to accept delivery of the Tires within the time confirmed shall render the Customer liable for reasonable costs of storing, handling and redelivery charges incurred by Kal Tire. The Customer shall pay Kal Tire at Kal Tire’s regular rate for each service caused by any act or default of the Customer or the Customer’s agent.
