Redelivery procedure. 15.1.1 As soon as reasonably practicable following the termination of the leasing of the Ship under this Agreement (other than pursuant to clause 14.5), or upon the ending of the Lease Period by effluxion of time, the Lessee at its own expense shall redeliver the Ship to the Lessor safely afloat in accordance with this clause 15 (but subject to the rights of the Time Charterer) and in any event before the fifth anniversary of Delivery.
