Redressal of Public Grievance. The Private Partner (PSP) shall promptly redress the grievances, if any, reported by the patients, Competent Authority etc. on account of deficiencies in services provided at the Centre and shall be liable for any deficiency in service committed to its consumers under the prevailing consumer law.
