Common use of Reduced Work Weeks Clause in Contracts

Reduced Work Weeks. Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Members may volunteer for a reduced work week of no less than twenty (20) hours per week with the final determination being made by the University. A Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Member may withdraw from their reduced work week with a minimum of two (2) weeks written notice to the University. The University may cancel the reduced work week with a minimum of two (2) weeks’ written notice to the Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Member.
