Reduction in Forces and Recall. a) Whenever a reduction in forces becomes necessary, student vacation replacements shall be laid off without reference to their length of service. If a further reduction in forces is necessary, temporary and probationary employees shall be laid off without reference to their length of service. Thereafter, further reduction in forces shall be accomplished by laying off employees in their inverse order of seniority as defined in Clause 5.04(a) and (b).
