Reduction in Services. In the event that the District contemplates a reduction in services affecting bargaining unit employees, CSEA shall be provided with a complete and accurate seniority list by classification, name and work location of affected employees and their assigned hours per day.
Reduction in Services. In addition, if at any time during the term of performance of any individual Release Order Princeton University should request the Professional Services Consultant to reduce the scope of Basic Services originally agreed upon under the Release Order, the Professional Services Consultant shall then reduce said scope of Basic Services, as requested, and the Fixed Price or NTE Price shall be reduced by a fair and equitable amount.
Reduction in Services. If Client desires to reduce the scope of the Services, Client shall provide written notice to SWCA of the proposed changes in the scope of the Services and of any corresponding changes proposed by Client with respect to SWCA's compensation and related terms. If SWCA gives Client written notice that SWCA accepts such proposal, the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed amended in accordance with the accepted proposal.
Reduction in Services. If at any time during the implementation process, or after the Service Activation Date, Customer reduces the quantity of any ordered Service(s) by greater than five percent (5%), Evolve IP reserves the right to either (a) bill Customer for up to ninety five percent (95%) of the maximum quantity of Services billed on Customer’s account over the prior twelve (12) month period, (b) bill Customer for up to ninety five percent (95%) of the quantity of Services Ordered by Customer, or (c) increase the MRC of any Service(s) or bill Customer a shortfall amount such that the total MRCs payable by Customer equal ninety five percent (95%) of either (i) the maximum quantity of Services billed on Customer’s account over the prior twelve (12) month period, or (ii) the quantity of Services Ordered by Customer. In the event of a Reduction in Services, it is Customer’s responsibility to arrange for any and all Evolve IP-Provided Equipment to be returned to Evolve IP, if applicable. Customer shall be responsible for all MRCs, any applicable usage-based charges, and any applicable Taxes through the date that any Evolve IP-provided equipment has been returned to Evolve IP. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Customer terminates any Dedicated Access Service that is under a Service Term, Early Termination will apply.
Reduction in Services. Landlord reserves the right, without any liability to Tenant and without affecting Tenant’s covenants and obligations hereunder, to stop or reduce the

The Parties agree that FBR Group shall be permitted during the Term of this Agreement to reduce the Services provided hereunder, in whole or in part, provided that such reduction shall be accompanied by a corresponding and proportionate reduction in the Fees to be paid by FBR Group as to be determined diligently and in good faith by the Parties.
Reduction in Services. Mallinckrodt may elect to suspend or not to receive any of the Transition Services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to Neuromed. If Mallinckrodt suspends or elects not to receive a Transition Service, Mallinckrodt will pay to Neuromed all amounts due for such discontinued service prior to the effective date of discontinuance.

In the event of a Reduction in Services, it is Customer’s responsibility to arrange for any and all Evolve IP-Provided Equipment to be returned to Evolve IP. Customer shall be responsible for all MRCs, any applicable usage-based charges, and any applicable Taxes through the date that any Evolve IP-provided equipment has been returned to Evolve IP. Notwithstanding the foregoing, reductions of Dedicated Access Services are not covered under this section, and as such if Customer terminates any Dedicated Access Service that is under a Service Term Early Termination Charges will apply.
Reduction in Services. In the event of a closure of a department or departments or an indefinite layoff, a regular employee who is affected will be placed in a vacant position on the basis of her/his seniority. If such employee is unable to satisfactorily perform the work in the alternate job after a three (3) month period of on-the-job, she/he could exercise her/his right under this Agreement.
Reduction in Services. A. Any unit member subject to layoff shall receive a sixty (60) day advance notice of layoff. The fifteen (15) days preceding the notice will be used for consultation by the District with the Union on the impact of the layoff and the exploration of ways to minimize disruption of District operations.
B. The District will assist any unit members receiving layoff notices with counseling toward finding new employment.
C. When a unit member, who has received a layoff notice, has a new job interview scheduled during his/her working day, the employee may use his/her personal necessity leave as provided in the Agreement for the interview, after exhaustion of accrued vacation entitlement.
D. To assist the unit member who has received a layoff notice, and who has not obtained new employment by the effective layoff date, the District shall continue the existing health benefits for an additional two (2) month period beyond the layoff effective date or until the employee obtains new employment, whichever occurs first.
E. Employees of the unit who are laid off shall receive full re-employment rights for thirty-nine (39) months, as provided by statute.
F. In the event of layoffs, the remaining unit members will not be disciplined in any manner as the result of their not being able to complete additional work, if any, assigned to the employee as a result of the layoff.
