Reduction of Contract Rents. If the Owner's certified costs provided in accordance with paragraph (g)(1) of this sec- tion, as approved by HUD, are less than the cost estimates provided in the Final Proposal or Purchase and Use Plan, the Contract Rents will be reduced accordingly.

Reduction of Contract Rents. If the actual debt service to the owner under the permanent financing is lower than the anticipated debt service on which the Contract Rents were based, the ini- tial Contract Rents, or the Contract Rents currently in effect, must be re- duced commensurately, and the amount of the savings credited to the project account.

  • Construction of Contract Both parties have participated fully in the review and revision of this contract. Any rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not apply to the interpretation of this contract.

  • Termination of Contract The Department may terminate the Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing access to all public records, as defined in Chapter 119, F. S., made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract.

  • EXTENSION OF CONTRACT The Director of Procurement Services may, with the consent of the contractor extend the Contract period beyond the indicated expiration date.

  • Assignment of Overtime (a) In assigning overtime work, the Agency agrees to consider any circumstances which might cause such an assignment to be an unusual burden upon the employee. When such circumstances do exist, the employee shall not be required to work unless his/her absence would cause the Agency to be unable to meet its responsibilities.
