PAYMENT OF RENTS. Unless deferred by UCF DHRL, all housing rents relating to a specific period are due no later than the dates shown on the Housing Agreement: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule for the semester the Student will be in residence. Students who are assigned a room after the rent due date are granted an automatic extension of the due date to 14 days from the date the room assignment is made. UCF DHRL will NOT send an invoice or billing statement to the Student. Payments are due on a semester-by-semester basis. The amount of each payment is shown in the Room Rates: Applicable Rates Schedule. PAYMENT OF RENTS. To pay the respective rents and sums of money reserved and made payable at the times and in the manner in which the same are set out or referred to in clause 3 without any deduction or set off and to make all such payments to the Landlord on the due date through the Tenant's bankers by the direct debit system
PAYMENT OF RENTS. Tenant's full or partial payment of Rent following any default of Landlord under this Lease shall not constitute a waiver of such default.
PAYMENT OF RENTS. 41.1 The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the Rent, the Service Charge Estimate and any VAT payable on those sums without deduction, recoupment or set-off (whether legal or equitable) unless required to do so by law in four equal instalments in advance on the usual quarter days, and shall pay the Insurance Rent within 10 Business Days of demand and the Service Charge Balance and any VAT on it within 10 Business Days of demand (whether such demand is made and received before or after the end of the Term) and interest in accordance with clause 43.7.
41.2 The Tenant shall pay the first instalment of the Rent and any VAT due on it to the Landlord on the Rent Commencement Date, and the first instalment is to be a proportionate amount for the period from and including the Rent Commencement Date, until the next quarter day.
41.3 The Tenant shall pay the first instalment of the Service Charge Estimate and any VAT due on it to the Landlord on the date of this deed, and the first instalment is to be a proportionate amount for the period from and including the date of this Lease until the next quarter day.
41.4 If this Lease is not determined in accordance with clause 21 then:
41.4.1 the Tenant shall be granted an additional rent free period for a period of ten months from and including the Termination Date, during which time the Rent shall be a peppercorn (if demanded); and
41.4.2 immediately following the end of such additional rent free period, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord on demand the amount of the Rent for the period from and including the expiry of such additional rent free period to and including the day prior to the next following usual quarter day.
41.5 If required by the Landlord, the Tenant shall pay the Rent and the Service Charge Estimate and any VAT on them by banker’s standing order to a bank account in the United Kingdom which the Landlord has notified in writing to the Tenant.
PAYMENT OF RENTS. Trustor hereby agrees that the ---------------- respective lessees under the Leases, upon notice from Beneficiary of the occurrence of an Event of Default, shall thereafter pay to Beneficiary the Rents due and to become due under the Leases without any obligation to determine whether an Event of Default in fact exists.
