Reduction of Non-Revenue Water. The Non-Revenue Water of the Concessionaire shall be maintained at the acceptable industry standard. To meet such standard, the Concessionaire shall include in the submitted business plan its Non-Revenue Water Reduction Program (NRWRP), subject to the review and recommendation of the Regulatory Office and approval by the MWSS Board of Trustees. Once approved, the timelines or spending indicated therein should be strictly implemented and complied with. The Regulatory Office shall check,at least once a year, the Concessionaire’s compliance to the NRWRP included in the Approved Business Plan. The MWSS and the Concessionaire shall be notified of any non-compliance for the determination and imposition of the appropriate penalty.

  • Notification of Non-payment The Global Agent shall forthwith notify Freddie Mac by facsimile, e-mail or other rapid means of communication if it has not received the full amount for any payment due in respect of the Notes on the date such payment is due. The Global Agent shall have no liability, responsibility, duty or obligation to any Holder or beneficial owner of Notes to take any action against Issuer in the event that Issuer fails to make available funds sufficient to pay amounts due and payable and owing to any Holder on any Payment Date. The Global Agent shall give issuance instructions to DTC in accordance with DTC’s procedures.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”].   • Reduction of Compensation If the Firm fails to meet the submission date by less than thirty days for the draft report and/or working papers submitted to the Office of the State Auditor for review and approval or by less than thirty days from the completion date for the final reports and/or corrections to the working papers prescribed herein, the District may, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, reduce the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed ten percent of the total contract price for the applicable fiscal year.
