Reduction of Registered Capital. The Borrower will ensure that without consent of the Majority Lenders, it will not reduce registered capital.

Reduction of Registered Capital. Upon agreement of the Parties and a subsequent resolution of the Board, the Company may reduce its registered capital in accordance with PRC law. The same rules in Article 11.1 on the percentage of equity interest and Board structure shall apply to a capital reduction.
