Common use of Redundant Back-Up Clause in Contracts

Redundant Back-Up. The Contractor shall maintain a fully redundant backup data center geographically separated from its main data center that maintains near real-time replication of data from the main data center.

Redundant Back-Up. The Contractor shall maintain a fully redundant backup data center geographically separated from its main data center that maintains near real-time realtime replication of data from the main data centercenter and Purchasing Entity may request the Redundant Backup of its data for an additional fee. The Contractor’s back-up policies shall be made available to the Purchasing Entity upon request.
