Reemployment After Early Retirement. In the event a Participant Retires with an Early Retirement benefit after a Bona Fide Separation from Service 1) is reemployed with the Employer as an Eligible Employee before the Participant's Normal Retirement Date; or 2) is reemployed with the Employer in an Ineligible Employee class, and subsequently again becomes an Eligible Employee (as defined in the Plan) before the Participant's Normal Retirement Date due to the addition of such class to the Plan, the following rule shall apply (check one or more as applicable): (a) The Participant's Early Retirement benefit shall be suspended in accordance with Section 6.06(a)(1) of the Basic Plan Document for as long as the Participant remains employed.
