Reemployment of Employee. An Employee who terminates employment with the Company and subsequently resumes employment with the Company shall become eligible to participate in the Plan immediately upon again becoming an Employee and may be admitted to the Plan on any Entry Date thereafter upon written application in accordance with Section 2.1(b).
