References to Common Stock. Unless the context otherwise indicates, all references to Common Stock in this Agreement and in the Warrant Certificates, in the event of a change under this Article III, shall be deemed to refer also to any other securities issuable or deliverable in exchange for Warrants pursuant to such change.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Existing Private Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) shall be references to Vast Ordinary Shares.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) shall be references to shares of New Pubco common stock.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) shall be references to Parentco Common Stock.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock”, “share of Common Stock” and “shares of Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto but excluding the recitals thereto as amended by this Agreement) shall be replaced with “Ordinary Share” or “Ordinary Shares”, as applicable.
References to Common Stock. References to a share of “Common Stock” in the Indenture shall be deemed to refer to a unit of Reference Property.
References to Common Stock. Section 1(g) of the Rights Agreement is hereby amended to delete "par value $5.00 per share" and to substitute instead "without par value".
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” after the Preamble in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto, but excluding Section 3.3.5 and excluding new Section 4.8 as provided below and the revised Section 4.4 as provided in subsection e below)) shall be references to Parent Preferred Stock.
References to Common Stock. Subject to the provisions of the Indenture, the First Supplement, the Second Supplement and this Supplemental Indenture, all references to Common Stock in the First Supplement and this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be references to the Conversion Consideration (as defined in the Second Supplement), ADSs or Alcatel Lucent Ordinary Shares, to the extent necessary to give effect to Section 1.10(f)(v) of the First Supplement.
References to Common Stock. If there is a change such that the securities issuable upon exercise of the Warrants are issued by an entity other than the Company or there is a change in the class of securities so issuable, then the term "Common Stock" shall mean one share of the security issuable upon exercise of the Warrants if such security is issuable in shares, or shall mean the smallest unit in which such security is issuable if such security is not issuable in shares.
