References to Common Stock. Unless the context otherwise indicates, all references to Common Stock in this Agreement and in the Warrant Certificates, in the event of a change under this Article III, shall be deemed to refer also to any other securities issuable or deliverable in exchange for Warrants pursuant to such change.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) shall be references to shares of New Pubco common stock.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Existing Public Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) shall be references to Vast Ordinary Shares.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) shall be references to Parentco Common Stock.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock”, “share of Common Stock” and “shares of Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto but excluding the recitals thereto as amended by this Agreement) shall be replaced with “Ordinary Share” or “Ordinary Shares”, as applicable.
References to Common Stock. References to a share of “Common Stock” in the Indenture shall be deemed to refer to a unit of Reference Property.
References to Common Stock. Section 1(g) of the Rights Agreement is hereby amended to delete "par value $5.00 per share" and to substitute instead "without par value".
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” after the Preamble in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto, but excluding Section 3.3.5 and excluding new Section 4.8 as provided below and the revised Section 4.4 as provided in subsection e below)) shall be references to Parent Preferred Stock.

All references to the shares of “Common Stock” that holders of Warrants are entitled to purchase in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including Exhibit B thereto) shall be references to Warrant Shares. One Warrant Share shall be equal to 0.580454 shares of Pubco Class A Common Stock and 0.5 shares of Pubco Series A Preferred Stock, subject to adjustment as described herein and in the Existing Warrant Agreement.
References to Common Stock. All references to “Common Stock” in the Existing Warrant Agreement (including all Exhibits thereto) shall be references to shares of New Starry Class A Common Stock.
