E below. Any employee who is involuntarily reassigned due to reorganization or reduction in the size of the Employer or due to other non-disciplinary reasons shall have reversion rights at the option of the employee to one (1) of the following positions:

E below. All of the distributions from the Trust Fund made to participants or their eligible dependents for the reimbursement of qualified medical expenses as defined by the Internal Revenue Codes (including qualified medical insurance payments) will also be non-taxable to the participants or the eligible dependents.
