References to Indexation. References to amounts expressed to be Index Linked (either the Index of Construction Costs or the Retail Price Index) are references to such amounts multiplied by: Index1/Index2 where Index1 is the value of the relevant Index most recently published prior to the calculation date and Index2 is the value of the relevant Index on the date of this Agreement.
