References to rights of access. References to any right of the Landlord to have access to the Premises are to be construed as extending to any head landlord and any mortgagee of the Premises where the head lease or mortgage grants such rights of access to the head landlord or mortgagee, and to all persons authorised in writing by the Landlord and any head landlord or mortgagee, including agents, professional advisers, contractors, workmen and others, but subject to the provisos to any such access rights contained in this Lease.
